Your Old and New Delhi City Tour, it will be an approximately 8 hour tour. You can start this tour from 5AM – 12AM at any time. You will be picked-up by your guide and driver from your hotel or airport in Delhi and proceed for your Old and New Delhi Sightseeing Tour. Explore the Capital city of India and get the chance to explore the most important sites in this city.
In your Old and New Delhi city, first you will cover Old Delhi city. Places you will visit in Old Delhi is Jama Masjid, also known as Friday Mosque. It is one of the largest mosques in India, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.
Then move in to the busy streets of Chandni Chowk by Rickshaw Ride (Tuk Tuk Ride) . Chandni Chowk is also known as the heart of Old Delhi, it is a busy area with markets of spices, dry fruits, silver jewellery, sarees and much more.
Then proceed to visit Red Fort, take the pictures of Red Fort from outside, it is served as the main residence of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan when he shifted his Mughal capital from Agra to Delhi.
Now proceed for a lunch break at luxury and multi-cuisine restaurant.After lunch break proceed for New Delhi City Tour.
You will visit Humayun’s Tomb, it the tomb of Mughal Emperor Humayun. It was the first garden-tomb on the Indian Subcontinent.
Then you will visit India Gate a war memorial, dedicated to the troops of British India died in wars fought between 1914 and 1919.
Then drive pass through the Parliament House and
Stop at Qutub Minar, it is a minaret and victory tower and a World Heritage Site as well.
Then in the end stop at Lotus Temple, it is a Bahai House of Worship.
If time persist then add an additional site in your program which is Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, it is one of the most prominent Sikh house of worship in Delhi.
